Compass Expands
In 2025, Compass Academy moved into a new 23,000 square foot building in Conway to meet the growing needs of their students.
With this exciting step came a new challenge: a mortgage payment.
ERA Sees A Need
On Nov. 4, 2025, ERA TEAM Real Estate and ERA Doty Real Estate conducted a Stream-A-Thon and raised over $260,000 for Compass Academy!
Those funds covered the mortgage on their new building for an entire year and freed up new resources for better education tools, classroom materials, and essential support. Most importantly, it allowed the teachers and staff to continue pouring into these students and their families with the energy, focus, and care they deserve.

ERA will continue its support of Compass Academy in 2026 with a fundraising campaign culminating with another Stream-A-Thon in September.
Our goal is simple: to continue to raise funds so that tuition remains affordable for families.
